1. Junior
Engineer
Job Description
Site based with overall
responsibility for the technical viability of the project works, (or part of
the project works). Participate in the health and safety, quality,
environmental and commercial management of the project.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining excellent and effective working relationships with the customer and their representatives/advisors;
- Implementing Intereserve Construction's Strategy and Policies for Sustainability, Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental, Training and Development etc. and acting as an exemplar of the Company culture and values;
- Implementing the Companies Business Management System;
- Being proactive in the identification and resolution of problems;
- Supporting initiatives to deliver ongoing continuous improvement;
- Line management responsibilities including the undertaking of annual appraisal and development for junior members of staff;
- Ensuring that the project works comply with the requirements of the contract specification and drawings etc. and maintaining appropriate records etc to confirm such compliance;
- Any other duties relevant to the role.
Job Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in
Engineering (Civil).
- At least 2 years of working experience in building.
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent and
accountability.
- Good Command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
- Applicants must be willing to work in outstation.

2. Land Surveyor (Senior)
Job Description
Tasks carried out by a
land surveyor vary depending on the area they are working in but can include:
- processing data;
- undertaking digital mapping;
- using a range of equipment to produce surveys, including GPS and conventional methods;
- using computer-aided design (CAD) and other IT software to interpret data and present information;
- keeping up to date with new and emerging technology;
Job Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in
Engineering (Civil).
- At least 2 years of working experience in building.

- Good Command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
